Brown leather over wooden boards with embossed floral, foliate, and arabesque ornamentation. Back cover the same as front cover. Spine decorated with six panels embossed with ornamentation and two with gilt-stamped title, separated by raised bands. Ornamental embossed border on turn-ins. Endsheets lined with white paper printed in moiré́ silk pattern. All edges gilt.
